Another Talking Nightmare

Shane had another semi-awake nightmare. He called out, we went up, and he went back asleep. Nothing much to report. I decided to "log it" just in case. I thought it was longer since the last. I read online that being extra tired or an erratic sleep schedule can contribute. Shane's bed time and wake time are highly regular, but he's been iffy on naps. Shane read books and played in his room instead of napping today. He let himself out and ran downstairs when quiet time was up, too. The snow was pretty exciting.
