Oscar the Octopus came home with Shane for the weekend. It's our job to show Oscar an adventure and fill out his travel log for Monday. Shane's ecstatic.
He doesn't like to let Oscar out of his sight.
They do everything together.
Shane introduced Oscar to the cats...,
...and Voltron.
Shane is 100% into the idea of taking pictures with Oscar anywhere and everywhere.
"Shane, do you want to take a picture by the news truck?" I asked.
"I don't think so." Shane paused. Then the light went on. "Quick! By the sign! Take a picture!"
"Look! A prickly bush!"
Oscar almost got mailed.
After a Saturday morning of adventures, Shane was pictured out. He wasn't tired of Oscar, though.
The best pictures will go into the travel log. That will be another post.
That is so sweet! What a great idea his teacher had! I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the pictures with Oscar. I hope he got one by the new horse. The new horse sounds great!
