My old N64 games reappeared. Carrie almost threw them out, but I decided to throw them on Craigslist instead.
An offer for $20 appeared in 10 minutes. That's better than trash, so I accepted.
The next three hours I received no less than ten more offers. Someone offered $100. When I told him that I already accepted an offer pending pickup, he said my lot was worth $200 and anyone who offered less than $100 got a steal. Another person said they would drive over and beat whatever offer I accepted.
Wow. It would have been wiser to hold out for more! A deal's a deal, though. It took a while, but the guy came, paid, and collected. He said he planned on playing them, too. If that's true, I'd rather go cheap for someone who will enjoy them than someone who will try to profiteer.
Ya live and ya learn. Maybe God's preparing me for house contracts.
