Every year, every time: I'm ready for daylight savings to end or to reign. Losing an hour is doable, but not enjoyable.
Kind of like trying to do something under a deck filled with chicken poop. Nice leggings, Love!
There was church and housework to be done.
I scrubbed and Carrie painted.
"I've been wanting to change the door color!" Carrie said.
"It only took four years," was the reply!
And now the porch is off limits again.
I offered to take Shane and Sam to the library and a park for some social time.
The weather was beautiful!
I largely sat on a bench and read.
If Shane had brothers and sisters to interact with, I probably would join in more when he plays. As is, I want him to have more chances to learn to interact with his peers (Plus, it was a good book).
We had to leave when Shane declared he needed an emergency poop. Everything is an emergency with him! The boys played Patrick's old Gameboy and Pokemon Yellow in the car.
I drove the boys to Wegmans and offered to get them both a slice of pizza. Sam said said he didn't like pizza, but he wanted a slice (His mom called it!). When we got there, he decided he didn't want anything after all!
Which worked out, because Carrie wanted to go on another Lowes run. We dropped Sam off and it was on to house related chores again. I'm going to be glad when all the moving business is over!
