-Dropping drawers: Shane experimented with flashing a few weeks back. It was at home. The consequence was he had to go to his room for an hour. The rationale was, "If you do that in public, it's wrong and no one will want to be around you."
Shane did not like that, at all. He was in tears until he finally started to read a book.
Shane does not like to be alone.
I checked on him a a few times throughout and it must have been a lesson learned. He certainly hasn't repeated it.

-Games where he made money at TKD: Over the week of summer camp, Shane came home one day with Pokemon cards and some loose change. He explained that he came up with a game where kids had to guess if something was in a hand behind his back. If they guessed right, they got to keep the contents as a prize.
My son has learned how to gamble.
Shane came home one day annoyed that someone stole $0.85 from him.
"You didn't leave with any money. How did you get it?" I asked.
"It was from my game, Dad!"

-Playground deals: Last week, Shane came home with some toy cars, an empty Finding Nemo tin, and some other errata. He was excited. "Look what I got from making deals!"
"What sort of deals?" I asked.
"You know, like being quiet when I'm loud and playing with someone on the playground!"
Another kid would make a deal with my kid to be quiet? That's funny!
We had a conversation about how it's not kindness to play with someone for a payment. Then I emailed the teacher to ask her to help us to return (or at least) collect the 'ill-gotten' goods. Shane wasn't in any trouble since he didn't steal, but hopefully he learned a lesson in how to be kind.
