When I arrived to pick up Shane, the kids were lining up to go outside. He was crestfallen to see me.
"Dad, can I go outside?"
"Dad, can I go outside?"
"We have Taekwando today."
"Awwww...."
I let Shane choose: Go to TKD or play outside for half an hour.
He chose outside.
I rolled down all the car windows and watched some Dice Tower on my phone.
I'd have liked to take him to TKD, but it's important to let a kid have some choices in their life. Hopefully, he gives me credit for this one.
Henry and Sam were outside when we got home.
Their ages are different, but Shane's a big fan. Especially if a hose is involved.
The crew wandered to our hose when Michaela shut down theirs.
It's hot outside.
