My work week ended with a youth mental first aid clinic. It's been an odd week. It would have been busier if I hadn't come in over summer, and/or if my classes were actually loaded so I could set up online stuff. Alas and alack. Obligations fulfilled, though.
I'm not sure how much TKD Shane learned at TKD camp. He did learn some other things.
"Do you know my favorite part about Pokemon? I like when the Pokemon fight!"
Shane's a Tom and Jerry aficionado now, too.
It wasn't all TV. I had him show me some of his new moves. Shane got to go to the pool Friday and Bounce and Play on Wednesday, too. The experience wasn't revolutionary, but the price was awesome and the childcare was direly needed. Shane's asked if he can go to camp next summer.
We are considering signing Shane up for classes. I liked what I saw of how the headmaster interacted with all of the older kids.
One more work day Monday. I'll have to figure out what do with Shane. He gets to start class on Tuesday! I'm excited! There will be pictures!
