Nana, Pop, and Aunt Dot came to town! They were on their way to north as usual. Aunt Dot (Jama's sister) was going to stay with Jama while Nana and Pop stayed with Megan's family (Big B was out of town).
We love when family comes by!
Funny aside: We cleaned the whole downstairs to prepare for their arrival. The upstairs was in a state of upheaval and sorting out for donations, etc. I told Shane we were going to stay downstairs and he said he understood.
So what does he do? He gets excited and pulls Nana up to see the train tracks in his room!
Following directions can be challenging for Shane when he's excited.....and he frequently is!
Anyway, most of us went out to Wegmans for dinner and to chat. Carrie's following a strict diet with intermittent fasting and didn't want to be around the temptation of everyone eating around her in a grocery stores she's a member of the fan club for.

We enjoyed our visit with you 3 so much! The house looked great. I admire Carrie for working so hard to stay healthy. It took a lot of inner strength to not go to the restaurant where the temptation would be so high. The train set in Shane's room is really impressive! He's such a great kid. You and Carrie are doing a wonderful joy raising him right! I love you 3!
