The mad process of thought to fruition continues. Carrie spent all day Saturday painting. She woke up at 6 AM for a Home Depot run. I prepped the rooms and she was at it from 9:30 AM on.
Shane's room was the first target.
Once toy land mines were cleared out, holes were patched.
Carrie prepped the guest bedroom and got busy.
Shane and I returned hours and hours later. His room, the guest bedroom, and the master bedroom were all done!
Shane could have cared less about the paint. He was more excited that he could run in a circle around his bed. He did. Many, many times.

Carrie was pretty sore by the end of it. We got a quote from Nelson to do all of the painting, but did it ourselves. We'll have to get him to help out with the garage.
There are still plenty of other items to tackle. The closet doors in the guest bedroom need to be fixed. There's this one spot on the shower door. The stairwell needs new banisters and feathering. The sunroom has....
