Carrie relocated Sir Anthony Hopkins' crib into the office. It is now the bunny room.
I normally don't go in, but I needed a picture for the blog. I didn't see Hokins anywhere at first, but figured it out soon enough.
He can jump.
And he can jump well!
He's made a few escapes, but Hopkins sticks to his room. He'll hop up and great anyone who enters. If the guests have his treat bag he'll hop up on a chair with them to see how generous they're feeling.
Carrie's repurposed cat toys and bought a few small ones online.
She takes pictures and sits in the bunny room to chill out every now and then.
I'm glad that he's litter trained and she's handling it. Carrie said he makes more poo pellets a day than any of the cats (and maybe multiple ones!).
Right now, Hopkins contributes to the family by being an attraction for anyone who visits. He's friendly enough, but he doesn't like to be picked up (Shane had the scratches on his arm to prove it....even though Shane alleged he wasn't "really trying to pick [Hopkins] up!").
My heart beats for Sir Hopkins! I'm so happy that we got to visit him! It was super great to be with you, Carrie and Shane, of course, too!

Tammy Flanagan said that her pet bunny years ago, "He would chew anything that was made of wood including the baseboards and furniture legs." So it's good that Carrie has toys for Sir Hopkins to chew on. Watch out for any electrical wires, too. I love you sweet bunny! It was so exciting when he was friendly and hopped up on my chair. Love, Nana
