We see them rolling...(Summer)

 Carrie was excited. There was a survey crew by the road!

But why is that so exciting? Because they told Carrie they were surveying for fiber optic lines!

We would LOVE better internet access. Satellite internet through Starlink is the best option we have now, but they've already raised prices twice (and it doesn't work in bad storms). 

Carrie started doing follow up phone calls and we've watched the roads like buzzards ever since.

Spoiler: It's been over 2 months. No lines have been laid. We're still hopeful it will happen....eventually.
