Matt was there to greet us.
The highlight of our trip was Matt and Renee's laundry chute.
We started with pens and graduated to a glow-stick (from the tutor family!). Shane ran up and down and up and down the stairs. I had to make a one-armed diving grab to pull him away when it was time to leave.
It made an impression. Saturday, Shane woke up from his nap and said, "I'm going to miss Matt and Renee. They have a nice chute."
I know what we're doing the next time we visit Matt and Renee's.
Uncle Kevin started the "hold the kids upside down for pictures" with your twin sisters (one in each hand) when they were very little. What fun for your brothers to continue that! Megan's son and Kathleen's son will also enjoy Matt and Renee's laundry chute. I think different kinds of produce (an apple, orange, tomato, watermelon, etc...) would be really exciting!
ReplyDeletePlease don't drop a watermelon down our laundry chute :)
