Autumn is prime season for fox-hunting. Carrie has been heading out early Fridays and Sundays. I drive Shane to school on Fridays since she's not around to make sure he gets on the bus.
Jess often goes with her. I will do a bigger post on Carrie fox-hunting somewhere in November.
On a busy week, Carrie also trailers out on Wednesdays. Usually, she goes to Kim's farm up the road. Those are trail rides with friends, so she leaves later and can put Shane on the bus.
Eowyn featured prominently in many rides. Carrie has decided to sell her. Carrie has been riding Eowyn frequently off property to get her in shape and show her off in case she could find a local buyer at the hunt club. I believe Carrie sent Eowyn to Sarah G's farm to be further worked, marketed, and sold by the date of this post.
That said, I really started this post to show off the cool fog photos. We have a lot of foggy mornings around here as of late.
It normally burns away as the sun rises, but it was lingering when Shane and I headed out a little after 8 AM today!
Probably an hour later the fog was gone without a trace.
